Just cant be botherd

I feel so mean, but there are a few people ive not talked to in a while and as much as i make an effort to talk to them I really can’t be bothered.all my efforts are wasted. I’ll do the civilized “hi there! long time no speak, how has everything been” and all i get back is a yeah.But if I dont make an effort and see the persons online and think “meh I don’t wanna talk to them” I get shouted at, and turned into public enemy number 1.
Now I know that sounds like a exaggeration but its true! if I don’t say hi to some people they think “oh she hates me” and they get their mates involved and it’s just true mayhem. Sometimes I just feel like standing up and screaming at them to shut up!.It doesnt matter how I try to explain that after a while I just don’t feel like making an effort.
Friendship isn’t supposed to be a one way thing……….right?
